We operate nextquesttravels.com and provide tour packages, flight booking assistance, visa application services, Umrah packages, study-abroad counselling and related travel services.

• Visa application data — passport details, travel dates and supporting documents (such as passport copies, photographs and bank statements) uploaded to our Visa Application Centre.
• Communication records — messages you send us via forms, email or WhatsApp.

We use the information you provide only to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide quotations for flights, packages, visas and Umrah trips.
• Process and track visa applications, including sharing documents with embassies, consulates and authorised visa centres where required.
• Assess study-abroad eligibility (including AI-assisted analysis) and connect you with counsellors.
• Send booking confirmations, status updates and service-related emails.
• Improve our website, services and customer support.

4. Third-party services

To operate this website we use a small number of trusted processors: cloud hosting and database providers, secure file storage for visa documents, an email delivery service for notifications and auto-replies, Google Sign-In (admin dashboard access only), and — where you use AI features — an AI provider that analyses the details you submit. We may also publish our own marketing content to Instagram/Facebook via Meta platforms; no personal customer data is shared with Meta for this.

Visa documents you upload are shared with the relevant embassy, consulate or authorised visa processing centre strictly for the purpose of processing your application.

5. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single secure, httpOnly session cookie is used only for administrators signing into the private dashboard. Visitors can browse the site and submit forms without any cookie being set.

6. Data retention

Enquiry and lead information is retained while your request is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for service and record-keeping purposes. Visa documents are retained while your application is being processed and are deleted or archived securely once the service is complete, unless a longer period is required by law or embassy requirements.

We apply industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to stored documents, and access to lead data limited to authorised NextQuest staff. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach that affects you, as required by law.
