6 min readUpdated 16 October 2026NextQuest visa desk
Dubai is the most-visited international destination for Indian travellers, and its tourist visa is also one of the simplest — no interview, no biometrics, and approvals typically land in 3–4 working days. This guide walks through exactly what you need, what it costs, and how our Hyderabad visa desk files it for you.
Embassy fee
≈ ₹7,500 (30-day tourist)
NextQuest service fee
₹1,500
Processing time
3–4 working days
Indicative figures — embassy fees change without notice. We confirm the exact all-in total before filing.
Do Indians need a visa for Dubai?
Yes. Indian passport holders need a pre-arranged UAE visa before flying, unless they hold a valid US, UK or EU residence permit or visa — in which case a visa on arrival may be available at Dubai airport (always confirm eligibility before booking, as rules change).
For everyone else, the standard option is the 30-day single-entry tourist visa, applied online through an authorised agency or airline. Longer 60-day and multiple-entry options also exist for frequent travellers.
Documents required
That is genuinely all for most tourist applications — no bank statements or employment letters are usually required when filing through an authorised channel like ours.
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from travel date (clear scan of front and back pages)
- Passport-size photograph with white background (recent, no filters)
- Confirmed return flight booking
- Hotel booking or host's address in the UAE
Fees and processing time
Our indicative all-in cost for the 30-day visa is the embassy fee of roughly ₹7,500 plus a ₹1,500 NextQuest service fee, with processing in 3–4 working days. Embassy fees change without notice and peak-season surcharges can apply, so we always confirm the exact total in writing before filing.
Express processing can shorten this to 24–48 hours for urgent travel at an additional embassy charge.
How the application works with NextQuest

- Upload the four documents above — our consultants check every file before submission
- We file through the authorised channel and you track each stage with your NQ-V reference

Common rejection reasons (and how we prevent them)
- Blurry or cropped passport scans — we re-check every upload before filing
- Passport validity under 6 months — we flag this at checklist stage
- Name mismatches between passport and bookings — our review catches these
- Previous UAE overstay — tell us upfront; some cases need extra clearance
